RD’s Wow Mali

   There is nothing grand about RD's barriotic Grand Terminal.

With no roof to protect the passengers from the run an rain,

and the funny non-functional CR that doesn't work, and the

dusty waiting area with no walls.  It turned out that the land 

owners really did not approve this.  And so, WOW MALI! 

RD's Grand Terminal will be scrapped! Which is good news 

for the people of Batangas City and all the commuters!

   Good News First:  The old jeepney and bus routes will be back! Almost!  But still, it’s good enough to know that somehow, some forces can still make pseudo-leaders and temporary benchwarmers of the Batangas City Hall look stupid and let everybody know it.

   Bad news for RD Dimacuha: He was forced to make the painful decision of letting the old routes make the return of the comeback because they have no choice.

   Dr. Alberto Ariola, who made a deal with them to temporarily use  the land at the Diversion Road as the Grand Terminal for all buses and jeepneys, turned out to be NOT THE REAL OWNER of the land.

   Dr. Ariola owns only  12 percent of the land, which was also owned by seven other people.  Initially, City Hall’s press release said Dr. Ariola, who was a high school classmate of  Mayor Vilma Abaya-Dimacuha (VAD) was kind enough to donate the use of the land for the Grand Terminal. 

   The walang kakwenta-kwentang  praise release from the Batangas City’s Public Information Office, as usual, forgot to mention that Dr. Ariola is only a co-owner of the land, one of the 8 owners of the 5 hectare property where a piece of land was used for the Grand Terminal.

   It turned out that the seven other owners of the land berated Dr. Ariola. As in pinagmumura dahil nga nakipag-deal sa mga Dimacuha.  Their exact words were : “ Why do you have to deal with crooks in the city hall when you know too well that we are not selling our land. And we don’t need crooks to deal with!”

   The other owners of the land, it turned out, are not really into selling the land, and are rich enough to live comfortably abroad, without having to sell their property.

    It was the same 5-hectare property that the mayor’s son and executive officer  RD Dimacuha and Councillor Marvey Mariño, VAD’s son in law were selling to Robinson Corporation where the supposed Robinson’s Place Batangas City was in their grand dream of putting up.

   To sell the property, RD and Marvey should device a way to turn the property into a commercial area---in the middle of the Diversion Road---in the middle of NOWHERE!

   And so, they made the Grand Terminal in the Diversion Road and drove all the bus and jeepneys to go there.  LTFRB laws say that transport terminals should never be near a busy street.  Diversion Road is not just a busy road, IT’S A HIGHWAY!  

   And so, aside from the commuters getting the worst time of their lives in the barriotic Grand Terminal with no facilities for human necessities, more and more people risk their lives going there everyday.

   Not to mention the families of the drivers who went hungry because of the loss of income due to the rerouting.

   So now, RD has no choice but to return the old route.

   Naghangad ng kagitna, isang salop ang nawala!  Abogado ito ano? Bakit

ganun? Ang akala namin sa mga abogado eh matalino?

   Not to mention the cases that the jeepney  associations and bus companies have filed against them in court.

   Not  to mention the abala and added fare of the passengers that the City Hall can never refund.  As if they care!

   Not to mention the expenses of putting up the terminal, having the free rides on the first week and the money spent  came from city hall budget could have been used for things that are really necessary.  Instead of RD’s whims and dreams of getting the commission from the sale of the land. That did not materialize.

   And so the Grand Terminal will be abandoned after all the money spent on it, and the sufferings of the people who had no choice but be RD’s victim.

  

   Not to mention the commuters who were injured, and the others killed when they were hit by speeding vehicles in the diversion road!

   Not to mention that RD used the people and the resources of the Batangas City Hall to implement this rerouting that was intended solely for his own wallet.

  In the end, it was double whammy for everybody!

Yan naman kasi, kasabihan nga dine sa City Hall:

ANG NAKIKINIG KAY RD, 

WALANG BAIT SA SARILI!

The family that preys together Are predators Forever!

    Who would have thought that the erring political dynasty of the Berberabes and Dimacuhas will unite after so many years of family squabble due to politics, greed, and corruption?

   Unfortunately for Batangas, they just did.  On the premise that their rotten political dynasty would have a better remain in power and rob the city’s coffers if and only if they unite and run as one.

   Former mayor Eddie B. (for Berberabe) Dimacuha, also known as EBD,  has already completed his line up of candidates with councillor Eloisa De Loyola-Portugal as his running mate. 

   Echos!

  This is a total lie!

   After the meeting between the Berberabe and Dimacuha clan, it was agreed that Doc Jun Berberabe, who lost in the Batangas City mayoral election in 2010, will run for vice mayor as independent.

Echos ulit!

   Doc Jun’s run for vice mayor as independent is just another one of EBD’s con games.  The gameplan is, upfront, EBD will campaign with Eloisa as his running mate, he would even shout Eloisa’s name.  

   But what he will really do is whisper in the ears of voters to vote for Doc Jun, not Eloisa, at may kasama pang pakimkim kahit walang binyagan!

   The gameplan is to make EBD win as mayor and Doc Jun will be his vice mayor!  Matalino sana kaya lang, halatang di pa rin nagbabago si Doc Jun.  Last 2010 election, it was EBD who said Doc Jun has  no balls.

   As in wala daw bayag si Doc Jun noon. I beg to disagree! Hindi totoo yan! Kc up to now wala pa rin sya balls! Imagine ba naman, up to now, wala pa ring sariling desisyon at kung ano lang ang sulsol nina B1 at B2, yun lang ang ginagawa ni Doc Jun!

   Kaya I strongly  disagree na wala syang bayag noon!  Kc hanggang ngayon ganun pa rin!

   Eloisa Portugal is also a victim here.  Second choice na nga sya, lolokohin pa ng ganito kagarapal.  

Pero wala rin naman naaawa sa kanya kc nga galing sa pamilya ng Balimbing. 

Kung sana naging consistent na lang sila na anti-Dimacuha, baka may matuwa pa sa kanila. Kaya lang it's too late na. Nagpamalas agad ng lahing Balimbing kaya pinagtatawanan na lang sila ng madlang pipol.

   And where is Marvey Marino in all of this? He will run for board member of the second district kc nga alam nya daw na hindi na sya ulit mananalong konsehal sa Batangas City.  

   Akala ko matalino si Marvey, alam na palang di sya mananalo sa Batangas city eh tatakbo pang board member ng second district.  

   Nasan na utak mo? 

   Lumipat na ba sa mukha, kaya kapal your face?

   And forget your brain?

   

   And where is RD Dimacuha in all of this?  

   Ayun, imbyerna sa tatay nyang si EBD, kc kahit buhay pa si Mayor Vilma Abaya-Dimacuha, eh si EBD na ang tumayong mayor naman at etsapwera na sina VAD at RD!

    Kaya pala tumataba si RD lately, sa sobrang frustration, kasama na ring kumakain ng nanay nya, kaya laging mukhang busog.

   So it’s really the return of the comeback of EBD, whether we like it or don’t.  

   At marami na naman sya lolokohing tao to remain in power as Batangas city’s longest running predator.

   And so, the city hall will shout his name again: 

ETO, BUWAYANG DAMBUHALA!

Humpty Dumpty

    Many Batanguenos are now fearing for Vice Ganda’s life and safety.

    After the Showtime host called RD Dimacuha as HUMPTY DUMPTY look-alike, it was clear that RD’s ears got red and made a dirty finger to Vice Ganda.  

   Which only means one thing: “kung nasa Batangas City ka, uuwi kang di lumalapat ang paa mo sa lupa!”

   Kasi nasa kabaong ka na.

   But of course Vice Ganda didn’t know that then.

   In the Dimacuha family’s recent visit at the popular noontime show “Showtime” Vice Ganda saw RD who was then sitting beside his mother Batangas City Mayor Vilma A. Dimacuha (VAD) Naks, kumpleto name!

   It turned out that the day before another mayor from the North was also there with his fat, ugly, and bald bodyguard who happens to look like RD.

   When Vice saw RD beside the mayor, he said “Naku mayor, kasama mo pala bodyguard mo!” Obviously, Vice Ganda thinks that all fat, ugly, and bald men are bodyguards.

   But when someone from the staff corrected the mistake and told Vice that RD was in fact the mayor’s son, Vice immediately said sorry.

   “Naku hindi ka pala bodyguard ni mayor, anak ka pala nya. Sorry, ha, Humpty Dumpty!  Kamukha mo kc si Humpty Dumpty eh!” Vice said, and everybody started laughing at RD.

    Embarrassed and  enraged at the humiliation in front of the studio audience and the millions of viewers nationwide, RD’s ears turned red, just like Humpty Dumpty’s ears when he gets embarrassed, and pointed a dirty finger to Vice.

   Oo nga naman Vice, walang gumagawa ng ganyan kay RD dito sa Batangas na nabubuhay ng matagal. Kung taga Batangas city ka, ora mismo, ililibing ka ng buhay!

   At pag nangyari yun, iiyak na kami lahat. Kami lahat, except Humpty Dumpty!
