Rerouted to RD's terminal

Effective February 7, 2012, the new traffic rerouting in Batangas City was forcibly implemented despite the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board’s laws against it.

With no public hearing and not enough time to prepare the people to the new rerouting scheme, it’s very obvious that acting Batangas City Mayor RD Dimacuha wants all the jeepneys to go to his Batangas City Public Terminal that sits on a family friend’s land and adjacent to the 5-hectare Dimacuha property
Mayor RD acts as the mayor despite the presence of his mother, the real Batangas City Mayor Vilma Abaya-Dimacuha who just sits there to warm the bench.
The 5-hectare Dimacuha property beside the undeveloped  terminal has been for sale but nobody wants it because of its bad location ---RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE!

But RD forces all jeepneys to go there to raise the value of the land, and if a miracle happens, someone might be interested to buy their land for P5 Billion and he’ll surely get the P50 Million commission.
Protest walk to the city hall. Dito natakot si RD! Ohhh!
When over 200 drivers walked from Balagtas to the City Hall, RD was the first one to panic! Aba eh baka nga naman mawalan ng mga drivers na pwersadong maghimpil sa kanyang terminal eh mawala tuloy ang P50 Million nya.
So, shaking from fear, RD called the Batangas city police chief Colonel Carlo Barde and asked him to disperse the drivers who walked the 6 kilometer road to air their protest at city hall. First time na natakot ng ganito ni RD--Aba nga naman, pera na, magiging bato pah!

To protect RD's interest, the city hall was fortified by security forces, firetruck, city guards, and RD's gay community!
Col. Barle requested the crow to disperse or else, he might be forced to deal with them violently such as giving them a shower from the firetruck in front of the city hall.
No other time has been the city hall filled with security men, some even wore bullet proof vest and carry high-power fire arms ready to shoot at the drivers.

Ka Leody Geron, president of Balagtas drivers group was forced by uniformed guards and police officers to meet the mayor and the city hall's  gay community after he and the drivers walked up to city hall.
What happened after the crowd dispersed? The leaders of the drivers were escorted like criminals to the mayor’s office and RD gave them a lecture about Martial Law and Mining Law : “Everything here in Batangas city is mine, mine, mine! That’s the Mining Law of Batangas City!” According to RD.

While RD’s Mining Law that forces everybody to go to the unfit, undeveloped public terminal in the middle of nowhere, commuters  continue to be stranded and the drivers’ families go hungry.

And more mothers with children they take to the school and fetch after are spending more, just like students and regular commuters who pay more to get to their destinations.

In the end the people suffer!
