Wow Mali at the City Hall

   Batangas City Mayor Vilma A. Dimacuha’s prima donna son, RD Dimacuha is again at it, and shouted at officers and staff of the Batangas city Public Employment and  Services Office (PESO). 

   Why? 

For failing to steal Balagtas Barangay Chairman Bart Blanco’s project of giving people jobs at AG& P.

Blanco’s project has been giving hundreds of jobs to the residents of Batangas city, to RD’s dismay, because RD wasn’t able to think of a way to help unemployed Batanguenos  get jobs.

When RD realized that Blanco has been getting kudos and praises for this initiative, RD’s instant reaction was to seize the project. On what grounds?

He said Blanco has no license from the Batangas City PESO to help the unemployed. 

Ganon? Gagawa ka ng kabutihan para sa kapwa mo, eh kelangan pa ng lisensya galling kay RD?

What RD overlooked was that Blanco can get license from the provincial government Public Employment and Services Office.  And so Blanco did that, and now, the employment project is now under the capitol. 

This means RD can never get it now, because Blanco’s project is not just city-wide, but also province wide.

And the geist of RD’s shouting at the Batangas City PESO officers and staff is :  “Ginagamit nyo ba ang utak nyo? May utak ba kayo? Nakita nyo ng naunahan nya tayo sa pag-iisip ng project, di nyo pa naagaw?”

The PESO officers and staff were just silent during RD’s shouting episodes.  When RD left, they asked each other if stealing other people’s projects are really in their job description.   

And if getting the humiliating treatment from RD is really included in their job at the PESO.

All of them know that unlike RD, they were not fed by their parents with anything stolen from other people.
